El Cid El Moro Beach (Adults Only), Mazatlan

Upon arrival, the room was not as expected, more like a motel room with two double beds facing away from the ocean, and several issues needed attention. However, the one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor, overlooking the beach, was spacious like an apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The service from Tomas was a mixed experience, with delays in room maintenance and replacements but helpful navigation assistance. The location offered stunning views over the pool and ocean for breakfast but had some confusion due to numerous properties. The dining experience, although good, was not exceptional, with the highlight being the beach/pool setting. The hotel facilities overall were decent.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though spacious and beautiful, was not as expected, facing the back of the resort with no ocean view, and had some issues like a noisy fridge and service delays. On the bright side, the service was quick and attentive, especially from the front desk staff, making sure all our needs were met. The location was a bit confusing but had beautiful areas, and the dining experience was fantastic at times. Overall, the stay had its challenges but also pleasant surprises.

Wow! This hotel was like a hidden gem in the city. The rooms were incredibly clean and cozy, almost felt like having my own little apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The only hiccup was the quirky hot/cold shower controls, a bit tricky to get used to. The beds were not the most comfortable, but overall, an amazing room experience.
